Sana Barreja
Born and brought up in an Indian joint family set up, Sana Barreja has always been close to them. She was a kid with various interests. Inclined towards creativity and craft, she wanted to pursue different professions simultaneously. During her childhood, she organised exhibitions showcasing her paintings for her family and friends to purchase. Sana Barreja also designed clothes for herself using different fabrics that her mother would bring.

How did your career begin?
The brainchild of Sana Barreja, the eponymous label was born out of her love for prints and aimed to celebrate Indian hand embroideries and intricate craftsmanship. With clean lines, romantic silhouettes, and customised fits, the label's creations blend contemporary and traditional influences.
A Brief introduction about your brand/label?
Sana Barreja was in her late teens when she decided to be a fashion designer. After graduating from high school, she pursued a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, followed by a Fashion Design degree from Pearl Academy of Fashion. While interning at a magazine, the designer realised her love for fashion and the creative process behind it.
